Human Factors & Ergonomics

Our team uses human factors integration (HFI) frameworks and 3D modelling tools (e.g., HumanCAD) to assess ergonomics, accessibility, and visibility. We focus on optimizing OCC layouts, cab layouts, and system interfaces for better human–machine interaction.

Risk Management
Risk management process is important in minimizing risks that could impact project delivery through early identification and timely mitigation. As part of this process, we prepare key deliverables such as the Risk Management Plan, Risk Review, conduct Risk Workshop and the Contractor Risk Register.
We perform risk reviews on the major elements and activities associated with the works before the first risk workshop. Additional risk workshops will be held in the event of significant changes to the Works or a new alternative design is proposed.
We review Contract Risk Register, reference and update the Contractor Risk Register in alignment with the Project Delivery Risk Matrix. Monthly risk reviews are conducted to identify and highlight the top five risk items, ensuring ongoing visibility and proactive management.
Tender Support
