Re-engineering of fan motor of HVAC in Hong Kong (Alternative Sourcing)
We re-engineering and supply the HVAC ventilation fan motor for MTRC to enhance the HVAC system by powering the fan to transfer air throughout the train to circulate the air, maintain air quality and air-conditioning the saloon of the train.

HVAC Inverter and Sensor of the Chinese C-train (OEM Parts)
We supply the HVAC inverter and sensor to Chinese C-train. The inverter is used to control speed and power of the motor to enhance energy efficiency, and the sensor can detect the temperature and air quality to send the information to the controller to give instance response and give command to the other parts.

HAVC controller/heater (Alternative Sourcing)
We supply the HVAC controller and heater to Chinese C-train, which is used to control temperature for the HVAC system for some automatic system such as remain the temperature within a range, and the heater to keep the temperature and let the indoor space warm.
Communication System
CCTV Upgrade ((Alternative Sourcing))
This project involved the supply and implementation of a CCTV modification for the MTRC, aimed at upgrading the in-saloon cameras of SP Trains with recording functionality. A total of 48 train sets were modified under this program. The scope of supply included all required equipment, spare units with integrated recording features, dedicated power supply modules, and protective components to safeguard the system’s performance and reliability in daily operation.

Modification of PAB Box alternative relay for R-train (Alternative Sourcing)
We design and supply 1,700 pieces of the PCB Assemble for the PAB modification. The PCB Assemble includes the core material such as Relay, Relay socket, PCB, Terminals. Design For Manufacturability BSL analyze designs for potential manufacturing issues. Ensure efficient layout to minimize defects. Inspection Methods BSL use Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system to detect defects on the surface, and use X-ray inspection to inspect for hidden solder joints and internal connections.
Car interior
Train Ceiling Panel / Side Panel / Grabpole
Supply of materials and components for the renewal of the train ceiling, ensuring the highest standards of quality in material selection and surface coating. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was conducted to evaluate the structural performance of the ceiling design, verifying load-bearing capacity, vibration resistance, and structural integrity under dynamic operating conditions. High-grade, fire-resistant, and lightweight panels were chosen for durability and ease of maintenance, while the coating system was specified for its superior corrosion resistance, color retention, and long-term reliability compliant with railway interior safety regulations.

Supply of Underframe Braket
We design and supply a comprehensive range of cabinet brackets for railway systems, engineered to meet demanding operational and safety standards. With our in-house design, engineering, and installation teams, we manage the entire process—from conceptual design and 3D modelling to structural assessment, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and detailed calculations. Each design undergoes rigorous FEA verification to ensure optimal load-bearing performance and mechanical stability under real operating conditions. Supply of West Rail Train Wash Plant Spares
We designed and supplied the water pump system for the Train Washing Plant at Pat Heung Depot. The system was engineered to enable full remote control and monitoring of the water pumps from the depot control center, improving operational efficiency, reliability, and maintenance management.
Supply & Install Flash Butt Welding Machine Steel Access Platform
BSL designed, supplied and Installed Flash Butt Welding Machine Steel Access Platform. We deploy the Registered Structural Engineer to design the platform according to Hong Kong local codes and standards. Ensure the design incorporate safety features and meet client MTR Corporation Hong Kong requirements. We prepare necessary documents including structural calculations, engineer’s certification, forms required by the Hong Kong Building Department, and submit the prepared documents to the government authorities for approval.
