Enhancement Work for SP-Train In-Saloon CCTV System
This project enhances the CCTV function of the whole fleet of SP1900 Train by incorporating the recording function to the existing CCTV system, with total 48 trainsets (384 cars). We provide a one-stop engineering service including solution development, solution demonstration, design and finite element analysis, supply of equipment, installation and testing and commissioning. This project commenced in year 2024 and is scheduled to complete by year 2026.
Trial of Additional Multi-purpose Space for C-train on Tuen Ma Line
The objective of modification of the TML C-train saloon seat bench area is to create additional Multi-purpose Space (MPS) in the train saloon. The main purpose of this trial is to assess the feasibility and accessibility of the alternative approach before implementing it across the entire fleet. Existing structures in the train interior are to be supplied and replaced for MPS modification. Finally, existing structures are to be reinstalled after the trial service period to restore the area to the original layout. Ergonomics study, design, material supply such as wall panels and handrails, carryout on-site modification and restoration are within our scope of work. The project commenced in year 2025 and is scheduled to be completed by year 2026.
Pantograph Home Position Indication and Castell Key Interlock System for WELM Wagons
This is an engineering wagon modification work of DUAT Line of MTR Corporation Limited. It intends to introduce the pantograph home position indication system and castell key interlock system to 8 of the existing wagons of the DUAT Line such that to ensure the pantograph on the wagons are kept at home position after the engineering work and possession surrendered. With our in-house design and installation team, we successfully completed the design, structural analysis and calculations and installations. Supply of equipment is also within our scope of work. The modification works commenced in year 2021 and had been completed successfully in year 2023.
Maintenance Service of Overhead Line Inspection Vehicle for Tung Chung Line
Our service consists of regular routine maintenance service for the Overhead Line Inspection Vehicle (OIV) of Tung Chung Line (TCL). Our technical personnels carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities weekly, monthly and annually on the OIV and its equipment. Troubleshooting and repairing works will be performed when necessary. We also provide on-site and standby support for the operation of the vehicle.
Train Management System Field Service
We provide Train Management System TMS Testing and Commissioning support and maintenance service for MTR Urban Line Q-train in Hong Kong to ensure seamless integration and operational readiness of the system. Our engineers carry out software changes, upgrades and support Testing and Commissioning on the train. Our team collects fault data from the system and conducts thorough fault investigation and troubleshooting whether immediate or in-depth, enabling proactive maintenance and system optimization. When needed, we will carry out equipment parts repairing and replacement work on-site.
Engineering Service of Light Rail Vehicle E-check
We provide skilled engineering personnels to perform Light Rail Vehicle LRV E-check tasks for MTR throughout the year. With extensive experience in LRV and rolling stock maintenance, we always deliver reliable support. Our comprehensive engineering services encompass disassembly, cleaning, greasing, inspection, repair, reassembly of LRV components, and final testing and commissioning after maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Flash Butt Welding Machines in Pat Heung Depot and Siu Ho Wan Depot
The existing rail welding machine in MTR Pat Heung Depot and Siu Ho Wan Depot have been in service for over 20 years and therefore replacements are imminent. New outdoor type Mobile Flash Butt Welding Machines (FBWM) are requested by MTR Corporation Limited. We provide project management, civil and structural design, submissions handling, carryout civil and structural modification and installation for the new FBWMs. We also support the on-site installation and testing and commissioning of the FBWMs. The installation of the FEWMs is planned to be completed by the early year 2026.
Certification of Working Platform of MTR Urban Line Engineering Vehicle
We provide professional certification services for the working platforms on MTR Urban Line engineering vehicle. To check if the equipment can meet the statutory safety regulations, we test by applying weighs and load to verify the structural integrity and load capacity of the working platform and safety harness anchoring points. The test is witnessed by our Registered Professional Engineer. Statutory safety regulation required certificates and reports are provided to reflect the test results. These certification activities are essential for safeguarding personnel during maintenance operations and ensuring the platforms are fit for service in demanding rail environments.
